This land with permission to build of 2 800 sq meters is located in the village of Samuilovo, 16 km to Dobrich town, 50 km to Balchik town on the Black sea coast and the nearby Golf developments at Topola, 66 km to Varna international airport.

The village is small, with a single food shop (well supplied with basic products). Samuilovo is located in a little valley, surrounded by picturesque pine tree hills.

According to the Association for eco and nature researches the air in the village is as pure and fresh as that in the Rila mountain. The excellent road infrastructure allows easy and fast access to the local urban and administrative centre - Dobrich town, and to all the hotspots and places of interest alongside the northern Black sea coast.

The plot of land is situated at the back of the village mayor's office, accessible from a beaten track covered with stones (the main asphalt street is less than 50 meters away), 3 min walk to the local shop. The plot of land is supplied with electricity and running water, additionally there is an independent water source - a well, in it.
