This small house is located in a peaceful position in the centre of a lovely village near the town of Provadia, 50 km from the city of Varna. The distance to the sea coast is 42 km. The Provadia municipality is a traditionally agricultural region. The terrain consists of plains or hills and plateaus, which in combination with the water resources, the fertile soil,
and the suitable climate favour the growing of grain and orchards. Varna is Bulgaria's third largest city and the biggest city at the Bulgarian Black-sea
coast. The city offers opportunities for pleasant recreation at the seaside,entertainment and cultural tourism.
