It is situated only 4 km from the town of Provadia and 50 km west of Varna in a calm and nice village. There is a beautiful view to the mountains from the yard and from the house. The house is on three floors and it also has a guest house, adjacent to the main body.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a corridor and a bathroom with toilet. Also on the ground floor, but with separate entrance, there is situated the guest house. It consists of one large room and a bathroom with toilet.
On the first floor, where is the main entrance to the house, there are a corridor, living room, kitchen, dining room and toilet. The corridors of the first floor and the ground floor are connected with internal staircase.
Internal wooden staircase leads from the first to the second floor. The second floor is a nice loft, where are situated shower room, toilet and double bedroom. There is an astonishing view from that floor and from the terrace. All the water and electricity installations are new. The doors and windows are new PVC ones.
In the village there are shops, pubs, post office and other facilities. Three dams and a river are situated close to the village, which provide excellent opportunities for relaxation.
